What a fun night at the Columbus Oktoberfest! I have to be honest and admit that I didn’t want to go. My cousin and husband trumped my vote to go to a wine tasting so we headed out into the humid, rainy weather. I am glad they made this decision. We had a great time! The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I asked Charlotte what her favorite part was, she said, “The beginning of the festival with the horns.” I was surprised by this as she and Hudson (my third cousin, Charlotte’s best friend) covered their ears while the horns were blowing. Kids are funny that way, I guess. I think if you had to ask Martin, his favorite part would’ve been the Kettle Corn and German polka music.
